Keith Parent- Founder and CEO

Keith Parent founded Court Square Group in January 1995 and has been the company’s CEO since inception. Under Keith’s leadership Court Square Group has built a reputation as an industry leader in the Life Sciences industry. With over 35 years of technology and leadership experience in the Life Science industry, Keith has a clear understanding of regulatory challenges and the Good System Practices (GSPs) required to maintain a Qualified state for the company’s clients.

Keith holds a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Siena College. Keith has been involved in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-level systems across the pre-clinical and clinical organizations of numerous Life Science clients. Under Keith’s direction Court Square has managed over 5,000 servers world-wide for their Life Science clients, including CTMS systems, Global Submission systems, eCTD systems, FDA Gateways, Adverse Event Reporting systems, as well as numerous Clinical Trial systems and Longitudinal Patient Registry development systems with responsibility for over 100,000+ users in various clinical settings.

As a Co- Founder and Advisor at EmpiraMed, the company has developed a patient engagement software platform called the PRO Portal to capture electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) to better measure what works and what doesn’t work in the real world. EmpiraMed’s unique rules-based approach completely automates all patient interactions via the web and any mobile device while seamlessly integrating healthcare personnel patient recruitment and follow-up to execute studies or programs in less time, at lower cost, and with greater flexibility.

As a Co- Founder and Partner at RegDocs365,  a powerful suite of tools were developed to enable Life Science startup companies and CROs to have tools only available to Fortune 100 clients. By enabling a Life Science Startup kit, RegDocs365 enables clients to have a qualified environment to enable them to submit to the FDA utilizing the DIA EDM and eTMF reference models without having to worry about the regulatory compliance aspects since given everything is housed within the CSG ARCC environment. Also, the future of clinical trials is taking shape with the CRO Voice and Video Workbench available to utilize off-the-shelf conferencing tools to capture patient and clinician information while providing a 21 CFR Part 11 wrapper around the gathered data.
Keith has been an consultant to Pfizer Pharmaceutical for over 27 years and has held other leadership positions in the Life Science Industry. He is a regular guest speaker at many Life Science events and a thought leader for companies that are building solutions in the Life Science Industry.

Pamela O Donnell- Controller

Pamela has served as the controller of Court Square Group since July 2010.

Pam is a proven professional with experience in the areas of finance and administration, operations, human resources, training and development. She is a high energy results orientated individual with excellent leadership skills.

Prior to Court Square Group, Pamela was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Northeast Learning Centers from 1996-2008. Pamela has served in previous leadership positions in companies that have experienced exponential growth and success.

Pam holds an MBA from Western New England College, a Masters in Education from American International College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Dan Leavitt - Director of Managed Service

Dan Leavitt joined Court Square Group in August 2018. He is a dynamic leader with focused and innovative approaches to meeting business objectives. He is passionate about understanding his customer’s needs and challenges in order to deliver world-class services.

Marco Marchettini - Director of Application Support

Marco Marchettini joined Court Square Group in January 2019 with a background in application support at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Marco is fluent in various clinical and regulatory systems and provided application support for the SharePoint and VEEVA environments. Marco’s team continues to add new functionality to our clinical and regulatory tools and projects.

John Chun, PhD PMP - Director of Quality

John Chun has been with Court Square since 2017 and serves both as our internal Quality Director but also a key consultant to many of our clients. John is an advisor on IT/Quality strategy, governance, risk management, and FDA/European GxP regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), corporate, and QA audits, and quality risk management to our entire client base. John also has an extensive background as a Principal Advisor at snowaid, a ServiceNow Consulting firm established in 2016. John has worked for numerous clients as a consultant with KPMG and as a Director of IT at Millennium/Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

Rob Johnston - Director of Operations

Rob brings 20 years of experience in leading and driving Sales and Operations for software as a service (SAAS), managed services and other closely allied solutions in supply chain and commercial outsourcing to the life science space. Rob has a strong understanding of regulatory, quality, compliance, risk, remediation, and strategy. Rob brings technical / tactical consulting services and solutions knowledge to his role as Director of Operations bridging the sales, delivery, and client onboarding experience for emerging, major, and mid-tier Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Cell and Gene Therapy, and Medical Device, Life Science and Fortune 1000 companies.

Rob has a Master’s in Business Management and is highly skilled in conceiving, developing, and executing strategies and initiatives that drive revenue, growth, and competitive market positioning resulting in protecting shareholder value.

Some of Rob’s other experience and responsibilities have expanded into M&A, turn around management, alliance, and partnership management. Many of his efforts have focused on structuring, negotiating, and closing go-to-market, distribution, licensing, and co-marketing deals with senior executives. Rob has directed, established, and maintained, the overall policies and goals for a number of companies.

John Formento - Director of Sales

John Formento has over ten years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience in Quality, Regulatory and Marketing. He ran his own Medical Device company for five years before successfully selling the business. Since selling his business he has been in Business Development selling technology to Life Sciences companies with experience in LIMS systems, ELN, eBRs and eCTD systems. John has BS in Biology from Rutgers University.
